Like many people, our family has used several different realtors to purchase/sell our home, but in 2014 we were introduced to Mike Mondy. He helped us purchase our second home. We had such an awesome experience with Mike that we have had no desire to search for a new realtor. He later helped us list our rental property on several occasions. Most recently, we called him unexpectedly, that we had a new opportunity and would be moving out of state and needed to sell the house immediately. In a matter of days, the house was listed. He helped us point out ways to enhance the home to get the best deal in this market. After following his recommendations, the house was listed and an offer above asking price was accepted within a matter of days. He made the transition so smooth and hassle free, we would 100% recommend his services to anyone trying to buy/sell a home.

I had Mike as my realtor referred to me by a friend and had the best experience as a first time home buyer, always answered question even gave us a walk though on what to expect during the process. Checked up on us during the closing process. Was always able to meet when we had to go on the hunt. Would definitely recommend Mike!

I was recently widowed, and had no experience in selling homes. My townhouse was in need of repairs and upgrades, and I needed help to sell it. My neighbor and trusted friend asked if she could refer Mike Mondy of Keller Williams to me, as he had helped her sell her previous condo and find her new home. She had known Mike for years and praised his expertise as her realtor. She recommended Mike highly and assured me that he would take good care of the sale.

Mike more than lives up to her recommendation and her high praise. He explained the whole process logically, recommended an excellent contractor, helped me understand the current housing market, and explained the intricacies of pricing and marketing. He met with my family members and won their trust. We began the repairs in January and had the first open house by the middle of March. The contractor met all of his promised deadlines and did an excellent job of transforming my ugly duckling, and prospective buyers viewing the home were very appreciative. The open house drew a crowd and offers poured in.

Mike then again proved that he is a master realtor. His advice and ability to work with the buyer’s team has resulted in a sale at an excellent price. I’m delighted that we’re going to closing next week. At each step along the way, Mike Mondy fulfilled every promise he made. I recommend him highly and consider him a valued friend.

Mike was excellent every step of the way! Mike had been staying in touch with me for years regarding selling my condo. LIKE YEARS! It was never a good time for me to sell because I was underwater for years. (Bought in the height of the housing boom- 2005) Finally, in November 2020, Mike reached out because he had just sold a condo in my neighborhood. I asked him to run numbers for me to see where I would end up. Five mins later I told Mike I was ready to pull the trigger. Mike put me in contact with his lender (Alex Roldan) Alex was amazing! The entire loan process with him was seamless. Within 2 weeks my condo was ready to list! His photographer was PHENOMENAL! So good….we were almost sad we were selling! LOL! The condo went under contract in 5 days. Trust me…this was no easy feat (3rd-floor walk-up, 1 bedroom with a loft and 700 sq ft!) While all of this was going on, he encouraged me to start looking for our new home. While I was signing off on the condo contract, my husband and I were putting in an offer on our new home! Did I mention we were ratifying our contract on the condo on Christmas!?! Mike, we can’t thank you enough for answering my late night, early morning, all day messages. You kept us calm every step of the way!

My husband and I are so thankful for Mike. He was such a great help from the beginning, he made sure to ask what we were looking for, what we wanted, and what were some deal breakers for us and we appreciate that because it had been so hard trying to find a home, but we are so thankful Mike was able to help us. It didn’t matter if it was after hours, I know we can always reach Mike and he will help us and answer all our questions! Will recommend to our friends and family!

Mike is very helpful, pays attention to detail, knowledgeable and works hard to find what you’re looking for. We looked at a few homes from far away to close in the area. He was able to show us each property we were interested in. I highly recommend him.

Our condo sold in just a few days. Mike helped us navigate getting the condo ready for sale, as well as the process of the inspection and negotiation. Mike was patient with us, and he and his team helped us follow up on other people, like the HOA and someone to install a door, that we needed in order to complete the transaction, to

help make sure everything happened timely.

I recently bought my first house back on August 5th, 2020. It was a long journey, everything started almost 3 years ago. But my dream finally came true. Thanks to Mike Mondy and his team. I wouldn’t have accomplished such an achievement without his hard work and dedication. He walk me thru the whole process and took his time to allow me to view multiple properties but more importantly he took his time to learn and understand everything that I was looking for in a house. As he said ” This will be the biggest investment of your life” Therefore, you need to be happy and comfortable with your new house. I met Mike by a telephone call 5 years ago, and every year I got a call from him to follow up whether we were ready or not to buy our first home. 3 months ago we started our process having Mike as our Realtor.
